As Jammbak is a multi-vendor marketplace, refunds may
be issued by either Jammbak or the individual Seller, depending on the

time it takes for funds to appear in your account is controlled by your
financial institution and may vary.
4. The Refund Process
Step 1: Initiate Return or Cancellation

You will receive an email confirming whether your refund request is approved or rejected within
2 business days.
Step 3: Return the Item (if applicable)
For returns, you must send the item back according to our [Return
Policy]. Refunds are only processed after the returned item passes
inspection.

Once approved, our finance team initiates the credit to your original payment
method.
